The only thing I changed up was used brandy instead of sherry and used fresh mushrooms. Added S&P Garlic powder and threw in about 4 clioves of garlic in the saureed mushrooms. For those who say it was bland, remember it's your dish so you can season it anytime you'd like and make it to your taste. I doubt I ever not added something to a new recipe I try. I feel like if I don't like it, then it's kind of my fault, because you can always do something to a dish to make it taste better.
