Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs Recipe
This rosemary ranch chicken recipe is so delicious, tender, and juicy the chicken will melt in your mouth.
This was AMAZING!!! This was literally the best grilled chicken I've ever had in my life. It was juicy, tender, and honestly I thought the ranch was going to ruin it but it actually completed the whole dish. With the slight taste of ranch and the Rosemary it really did top off the dish. I didn't make the chicken into kabobs only because I didn't have skewers but it didn't make a difference. I did not alter the recipe in any way because the measurements were perfect. It was pretty simple except for mincing all the fresh rosemary by hand, haha. I would recommend this dish to everyone!!! This is my go to chicken dish every time!!
Very tender chicken! I would use this marinade for chicken breasts as well. We reserved a little of the marinade and added more ranch dressing for a nice dipping sauce on the side. UPDATE: I've made these so many times now because they're just that good. You can cut down on the oil and substitute dried rosemary for the fresh if you don't have any on hand. I always use the sugar and 1 tsp. of salt vs. two. If you're looking to cut down on calories Hidden Valley Ranch Light Buttermilk Dressing works great with this recipe. I usually marinate this at least 6 hours. No matter what you do - it's bound to come out moist and delicious.
The kabobs were juicy, flavorful, and delicious! I used a touch more rosemary than the recipe called for and left out the sugar, overall I highly recommended making this recipe as lunch or a big appetizer!
This is AWSOME!!!!!! I have made this several times exactly as the recipe states with the exception of the oil and sugar. I cut the oil down to 1/4 cup and the sugar to about 2 teaspoons. I found after making them several times that the kabobs are a lot of work so I have marinated whole chicken breasts and then grilled I have also slowly grilled frozen chicken breasts and used this as a basting sauce. Anyway I have made this it turned out great. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
My teenage son ate everything! This is a fantastic recipe. Followed the recipe exactly the first time. It was a great balance between tangy and sweet. Made for very tender and juicy chicken. We saved some of the marinade and used for dunking and to flavor rice. This will become a go to! Lora Deanne
These were AWESOME! I didn't want to bother with doing kabobs, so I just cut the chicken into strips & grilled them. There were outstanding... very moist, juicy & everyone raved about them. Will most definitely repeat!!! Only change I made was leaving out the salt, but otherwise I followed the recipe!
